If you are using Teamscope to collect patient-reported outcomes or for experience sampling method you get unlimited participants. In other words, your participants don't count against your user's quota.

Yes, Teamscope is designed for sensitive and medical data collection. Our platform encrypts data storage and transmission. You may track all data creation and edits with our audit trail and control your peer's access with our permissions manager. Teamscope complies with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and HIPAA.
Yes. Enterprise clients can white label the entire software and offer the app to their users with their own branding, look & feel and custom URL (e.g. app.yourdomain.com). For enterprise pricing please get in contact with support@teamscopeapp.com.
Your data is stored with AES-256 encryption in servers in Frankfurt, Germany by Amazon Web Service. AWS complies with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. All data is backed up everyday for long-term retention. Teamscope employees do not have access to your data and only upon your request may we decrypt it.
After you stop paying for Teamscope, or your project finishes, your data will still be stored for 10 years. You may log back in at any moment during that period and export your data.
A project is a study that you build on Teamscope. A project has its own users and forms and it can be a clinical study, a monitoring and evaluation project or an agricultural development initiative.
Yes. If you plan to use a medical algorithm or a form that uses complex calculations and branching logic you can reach out to our support team support@teamscopeapp.com and we can evaluate what is the best way to convert it into a mobile format.
