For cases to be shared among team members you must create case sharing groups. If a user is in multiple case sharing groups, he or she cannot create new cases, but only review or modify existing ones.
Query management is the ability in data collection systems to identify data entries with issues and isolate them into a report. Teamscope automatically creates a data query for each out of range or invalid value for further resolution.
CommCare supports data validation but not query management. If a user enters information that does not meet the validation logic, the user is not allowed to save. This blocks the possibility for finer control of rare cases and resolution of data conflicts.
