One of the many security measures that we have implemented on the mobile app is a passcode screen.
Similar to how your banking app works, on Teamscope when you close the app and open it again you will have to enter a 4-digit passcode.

All user of the mobile app are required to use a passcode. It is not possible to turn off this feature.
When installing the app for the first time you will be asked to create a 4-digit passcode.

If you forgot your passcode you can reset it by tapping on Cancel. You will be logged out, asked to enter a new passcode and the you can log in again.
