On Teamscope you can add choice fields. These are usually used for:

1. Yes/no
2. Select multiple values.

How to add a choice field

This field can be set to be:

• Single choice: Will only allow for one value to be entered.
• Multiple choice: User can select more than one.

To add a choice field go to Forms on the web dashboard and select Choice.

Then select the type of choice field: Single or Multiple choice.

Finally enter what each choice should be.

How to enable "Specify other"

Sometimes users will not find their choice in the list that you give and as a researcher you may want them to enter a custom "other" value.

To enable this feature click on Allow other.

‍The users will now be able to enter a custom other value.
