Capture GPS coordinates within your form.

Collecting GPS will allow you to analyse your data geographically.
Your forms can have multiple GPS fields.
To add a GPS field go to Forms on the web dashboard and select one of your forms.
Then, choose GPS location from the field type dropdown and click on Save.
Now that you have added a GPS field to your form you can give it a try.
Open your form on the iOS, Android or Web app, scroll to your new GPS field and tap on Record location.
Then authorise Teamscope to have access to your location data.
Finally, wait a few seconds for the GPS sensor to get your coordinates and load them on the form.
The app automatically collects for you:
The user has to tap Record location for the GPS coordinates to be obtained. There is no other way the platform can collect GPS data.
This is partially supported. You may have as many GPS fields within a form and use those multiple points to create sequential trace. The downside of how this works on Teamscope is that the trace will have to be done after the data has been collected. If you need to create polygons with GPS data let us know and we are happy to prioritise this feature request.
