You may often want certain fields to be required. In other words, users should complete them before submitting or saving the data.

On Teamscope we offer two levels of required-ness:

• Strictly required: User have to enter data to save.
• Non strictly required: Users are nudged when a required field is left empty, but can still save.

How to make a field required

Start by going to the form builder on the web dashboard and select a form.

Then, scroll to the field that you wish to make required and click on Edit settings

Then choose if you would like it to strictly or non strictly required and save.
